Ordering Process

  • Browse tests online or come in to our store (no appointment necessary)
  • Purchase by calling 864-458-9288.
  • Print the requisition you will receive via email after your order has been processed.
  • Take your printed requisition into our store or to your local
    Patient Services Center.
  • View your results online via email (usually within 24 - 48 hours after collection).
  • Orders may be placed via telephone between 8:30AM-5:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday and from 10:00AM-2:00PM (EST) on Saturday. Online orders placed after 4:30 (EST) during weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
